Satay Cauliflower Skewers

Method
- Coat cauliflower florets in half the satay sauce. Add chilli flakes to taste.
- Place cauliflower on skewers and cook on BBQ or over grill until browned. Turn halfway to cook the other side.
- Serve with rice noodles, cucumber ribbons, a wedge of lime and use the remaining sauce as a satay dipping sauce.

- 1 Passage to Asia Satay Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- Cucumber, sliced into ribbons
- Rice noodles
- Chilli flakes, to taste
