Honey & Soy Shrimp Noodle Stir-fry

Method
- Cook noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce to shrimp and mix well to coat.
- Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat and cook shrimp in 2 batches until just seared. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil and stir-fry onion for 2 minutes. Add broccolini, snow peas, and peppers and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in Honey & Soy stir-fry sauce along with the water and cook for 1 minute. Add shrimp and noodles; stir-fry until evenly coated and heated through. Serve topped with sliced green onions.
What You'll Need
- 6oz dried egg noodles
- 14oz peeled and deveined medium green shrimp, tails left on
- 1 x 7oz packet Passage to Asia Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 bunch broccolini, woody end trimmed and halved
- 5oz snow peas, top trimmed
- ½ red pepper, seeds removed and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup (60ml) water
- Sliced green onions to serve
