Serving Suggestion


  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan
  2. Add your choice of diced meat, seafood or vegetables and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared
  3. Add tomatoes, simmer sauce and stir until bubbling
  4. Cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer until meat is fully cooked and tender
  5. Serve with steamed basmati rice

What You'll Need

  • 1 lb (450g) of diced lamb, chicken, beef, seafood or vegetables
  • 2 Cups (380g) of Basmati Rice
  • Optional: A handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Chef's Note

For slow cooker perfection, add 1 lb of seared beef or lamb, this sauce and a cup of water, then cook as per your slow cooker instructions
