Serving Suggestion


  1. Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add your choice of mat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared.
  3. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in sauce and stir-fry until heated through and meat is fully cooked.
  5. Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
